DIGITAL SERVICE UPDATE WILL RESULT IN SERVICE INTERRUPTION
A digital service update will result in a service interruption affecting some digital channels and our digital program guide service during the following dates and times:
SCHEDULE
Some services and channels may not be available for a period of several hours while these updates are taking place.
WHERE: MARYLAND
WHEN: Beginning at midnight Tuesday, July 27th
WHERE: WASHINGTON (Seattle, East King County, Duvall, Port Townsend, Quilcene)
WHEN: Beginning at 9PM Monday, July 26th
WHERE: MICHIGAN (Vermontville and Coachman's Cove only)
WHEN: Beginning at midnight Tuesday, July 27th
WHERE: OREGON / WASHINGTON (Depoe Bay / Chelan)
WHEN: Beginning at 10PM Monday, August 9th
WHERE: MICHIGAN (except Vermontville & Coachman's Cove)
WHEN: Beginning at 1AM Tuesday, August 17th
WHERE: WASHINGTON (Whidbey Island & Echo Lake)
WHEN: Beginning at 10PM Monday, August 23rd
PERSONAL SETTINGS MAY NEED TO BE RE-SET
After the update is completed, you may need to reset some of your personal settings including: Parental Controls, Parental Locks, Scheduled DVR Recordings and Favorites Lists. These settings are easily setup by using the Menu button on your remote control and following the steps outlined on the menu screen. CHANNELS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED BY THE SERVICE INTERRUPTION
Please note that this update will only affect some digital channels. These are generally channels numbered 100 or higher. Expanded Basic cable channels should not be affected. However, during this time period you may not be able to view the on-screen guide and will need to directly tune to Expanded Basic cable channels with your remote (entering the channel number or moving the up/down channel buttons). High speed internet service or Broadstripe phone service will not be affected during the update period.

Please note: many of these channels may be available on Expanded Basic in your area (the lower channels) and should be available during the update.
